"Love Your Heritage" Exhibition at King Abdulaziz Historical Center in Riyadh.
أقيم معرض "تراثنا حبنا" في مركز الملك عبدالعزيز التاريخي في الرياض.
I had the privilege of being invited to this great exhibition's opening by Princess Adhwa Bint Yazeed, Chairman of L'Art Pur who has organized this event, in collaboration with the Saudi Heritage Preservation Society under the patronage of HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Ahmad Bin Abdulaziz، Chairman & CEO Atheeb Group.
تشرفت بقبول دعوة الأميرة أضواء بنت يزيد، رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الفن النقي لحضور افتتاح معرض"تراثنا حبنا" اللي أطلقته بالتعاون مع الجمعية السعودية للمحفاظة على التراث وبرعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن أحمد بن عبدالعزيز رئيس مجلس الادارة والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة عذيب.
Saudi Artists participated showcasing their expression of the Saudi Tradition in a contemprory way through various styles like; paintings, installations, video or sculptures. And it is all displayed at one of Saudi's historical landmarks, King Abdulaziz Historical Center. This was a night of bridging the Past with the Present.
شارك مجموعة من الفنانين السعوديين بمجموعة من الأعمال المختلفة اللي تمثل التراث السعودي، وتم إخراجها بشكل عصري كلوح،مجسمات، ڤيديو،أو منحوتات. كل هذي الأعمال يتتم عرضها في أحد المعالم التاريخية في السعودي،في مركز الملك عبدالعزيز التاريخي . فكانت الليلة عبارة عن دمج ما بين الماضي والحاضر.
المعرض يستمر لين ٢٨ مارس.

Thank you my Tour guide... My DadThank god he was there with me,being my sense of direction. I don't do well multitasking (Yes, we do exist, women are not all born multitaskers!!) I either take pictures, talk or walk, not all together. I would've missed out on a whole lot more rooms and artwork if he wasn't with me.Ever since I was a kid he would take me to museums and bare with me, even though he has no interest in Art whatsoever.شكراً دليلي السياحي...أبويأشوا انه جا معاي هذا اليوم لأني ما أقدر أركز في أكثر من شي واحد. يا أصور،أسولف،أمشي أو أدل مو كلهم سوا! (إيه عادي مخي مو مثل كل الحريم!) وكان فاتني قسم كامل لو هو ما جا،وانا أحسب إنني مريتهم كلهم!من يومني صغيرة وهو يآخذني للمتاحف اللي أبي أروح لها، ويصبر علي، حتى لو هو ما له خلق..
